Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with 5+ years in supply chain.
• Experience managing inventory, warehouse operations, and ERP/WMS processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to improve inventory accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Proficiency with Excel and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day warehouse, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping operations.
• Develop and implement standardized receiving, put-away, storage, and movement processes.
• Maintain cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to align ERP records.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping and RMA processes.
• Develop KPIs and lead continuous improvement across supply chain.
