Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain with focus on production or master scheduling in manufacturing.
• Manage demand and supply planning processes to keep production unblocked.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP experience; Oracle familiarity a plus.
• Knowledge of procurement, supplier management and inventory control.
• Blend IC execution with people leadership; mentor small teams.
• Strong cross-functional communication with production, engineering and finance.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, unstructured environments; startup experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; US security clearance ability.

Responsibilities

• Own production and material planning for the Quonset site, main point for master scheduling and demand/supply planning.
• Lead day-to-day tactical planning rhythm with clear visibility of needs and timelines.
• Maintain accuracy in Oracle/Forge/Foundry data and verify revenue recognition on the floor.
• Partner with Head of Production on daily cadence, reporting, and site operations.
• Identify planning gaps and scale planning function; inform future hiring like a master scheduler.
• Oversee PO status across procurement; triage issues and stay aligned with production needs.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance and escalate shortages to Production Support Engineers.
• Handle on-the-ground procurement as needed, including facilities and miscellaneous materials.
• Mentor materials and warehouse operations at the Quonset site.
• Bridge operations, inventory flow, and warehouse priorities across teams.
• Understand Anduril's 3Si shared site services in planning and warehousing.
