Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Document in-coming PO confirmations and manage PO workflows.
• Reach out to suppliers lacking confirmations and update ETAs/tracking.
• Handle past-due PO lines and root-cause analysis for back orders.
• Assist with back order follow-up and supplier/discrepancy resolution.
• Manage purchase orders through SAP/ECC as Stock Transport Orders.
