Job summary

Springs Window Fashions in Middleton, WI, invites you to join our Operations Team as a Supply Chain Data Analytics Intern for Summer 2027. You’ll work on cross-functional projects, gain hands-on experience with data analytics, dashboards, and optimization initiatives, and be mentored through a paid internship program designed to build real-world skills.

You’ll contribute to data pipeline automation with Microsoft Fabric, support SKU rationalization, and help reduce delivery costs while learning

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year degree in a relevant field (Junior/Senior preferred).
• Major in Supply Chain Management or Data Analytics preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support data insights and AI projects.
• Automate data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric.
• Consolidate and refresh supply chain and inventory dashboards onto a Fabric-based pipeline.
• Assist with network optimization to reduce delivery costs.

• Support Data Insights and AI Projects
  • Data Pipeline Automation using Microsoft Fabric Platform
    • Support the consolidation and automated refresh of Supply Chain, Logistics, and inventory dashboards onto a unified Fabric-based pipeline
  • SWF Network Optimization
    • Assist with a design-geography analysis for product delivery, helping evaluate delivery cost and transit time to support freight cost reduction
  • Product Simplification & SKU Rationalization
    • Support data analysis and share insights on SKU rationalization cost-saving opportunities
