Job summary

Springs Window Fashions is offering a Summer 2027 Sales Operations Internship to join our team in Long Island City, NY. You’ll support project work across cross-functional teams, gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced consumer products company.

The program provides paid, on-the-job training, exposure to leadership, and opportunities to develop skills in data, process, and collaboration with departments. Ideal candidates are pursuing a 4-year degree, Sophomore or Junior, with strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Previous internship experience in relevant function preferred.
• Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred current standing of Sophomore/Junior level.
• Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office
• Problem‑solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and attention to detail)
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Responsibilities

• Create customer facing and internal guidelines for dealers who would like to create their own shop drawings using Mecho/SWF Contract hardware
• Define the process of creation, approvals, library access and updates
• Work with leadership and legal for necessary liability avoidance and requirements from a dealer perspective
• Work with department leaders under sales operations to pursue missing or non‑updated SOP documentation on: Masterfiles, Warranty/Remakes, Backcharges, International Projects/Customers, Contact Documentation

Internship Overview

Springs Window Fashions is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Sales Operations Team! The Sales Operations Internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the team with project support while providing valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study. Our paid internship program is known for having in-depth, challenging project work with cross‑functional teams, as well as professional development, job shadowing and other growth opportunities.

Internship Projects And Responsibilities
