Job Summary

The Supply Chain Intern helps perform data collection and analysis to make sense of and draw conclusions from information buried in raw data. This position will require the ability to run basic queries from data warehouse reporting and other web-based tools.

What You'll Do

• 1. Demonstrate the Vermeer characteristics of caring culture, demonstrating agility, customer focused, and stewardship and model the associated behaviors.
• 2. Compile data into established frameworks and analyze to identify patterns within data and opportunities to improve data quality. Leverage current information sources including databases, data and process models, business requirements and other artifacts to research and resolve issues.
• 3. Partner with Demand Planner to analyze and compile statistical forecasting data for each Strategic Business Unit.
• 4. Participate in the monthly 5 step Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process.
