Qualifications

• Full‑time student pursuing a degree at an accredited college/university
• Minimum GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities

• Train and shadow across departments to understand workflows and business needs
• Take ownership of assigned project(s) and contribute to team projects
• Define problems, research, collect data, and analyze to determine best processes
• Review, update, and track various reports
• Present project findings and recommendations at internship conclusion
• Apply lean thinking to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position
