Job summary

Martin Brower US is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Intern in Rosemont, IL to support process improvement projects, KPI development, analysis, and mapping of as‑is and to‑be processes across planning, inventory, and customer relationships. You will participate in rotations, learn demand and supply planning, and assist with training materials and reporting.

Requires high school diploma and current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 0–2 years of related experience; must be eligible

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Supply Chain Team with strategic projects, analytics, reporting, training, and process work.
• Performs data analysis, identifies issues, and makes recommendations for review.
• Participates in strategy and KPI/performance tracking and design activities.
• Help document training materials and onboarding resources.
• Assist in developing requirements for new reporting and KPI needs.
• Learn demand planning and supply planning through shadowing and hands-on learning.
