Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in international business, supply chain management or related field
• Preferably a 2029 Grad
• Interested in growing a business and collaborating across departments
• A natural relationship builder with the ability to network

• A strong communicator with a customer service mindset
• Comfortable working in a high volume environment
• Curious and creative, flexible and innovative in approach

Responsibilities

• Learn the logistics, supply chain, and commercial operations of international food ingredient distribution.
• Support projects involving supplier management, customer support, business analytics, process improvement, and supply chain operations.
• Analyze business data, market information, and operational processes to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and improve operational performance.
• Utilize tools such as Excel, Power BI, CRM systems, AI-enabled technologies, and automation platforms to support decision-making and process improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and service providers.
• Lead a high-impact summer project focused on improving a business process, creating operational efficiencies, or enhancing visibility across the supply chain.
• Present project findings, recommendations, and business impact to company leadership at the conclusion of the internship.
