Job summary

PIPESTONE is offering a Summer Internship for a Supply Chain Intern to work with our purchasing, warehouse fulfillment, and logistics teams to help deliver affordable, timely, and bio-secure supplies to independent farmers.

This internship is designed for students who enjoy problem-solving, data analysis, teamwork, and fast-paced operational environments, with hands-on experience in procurement, pricing, KPI analysis, and warehouse optimization.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of post-secondary education in Business, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Previous business or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Improve purchasing data and strengthen data integrity.
• Maintain and organize pricing records within our ERP system.
• Analyze operational KPIs and support decision-making.
• Assist with warehouse space utilization and order fulfillment optimization.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments.
• Identify process improvement opportunities with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Help develop and refine operational procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Education:
  • 1-2 years of post-secondary education in Business, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Preferred Experience:
  • Previous business or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Livestock or animal health industry exposure is beneficial

Pay Range

$15-$17hr
