• Analyze supply chain processes to identify efficiency improvements for global hardware logistics.
• Track market trends, pricing, and lead times for components to support purchasing strategies.
• Assist Accounting and Finance with cashflow forecasting, budgeting, and invoice management.
• Shadow the Supply Chain Manager and Director to gain exposure to procurement and vendor negotiations.
• Own small projects to improve redundancy and agility in the supply chain.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Intern to join our team during an exciting phase of growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of technology assets, component sourcing, and data center infrastructure logistics. Working closely with cross-functional partners across engineering, finance, and operations, you will support business objectives while upholding our standards for excellence, collaboration, and impact.

What You’ll Do

• Vendor Onboarding & Coordination: Assist with vendor onboarding and coordinate communication with technology vendors, component manufacturers, and cloud infrastructure partners.
• Order Tracking & Inventory: Support order receiving, tracking, and inventory management of high-value hardware assets from procurement to deployment.
• Process Optimization: Analyze current supply chain processes, identifying efficiency and optimization opportunities for global hardware logistics and data center deliveries.
• Market & Data Analysis: Track and report on global market trends, pricing, and lead times for semiconductor components to support proactive purchasing strategies.
• Cross-Functional Support: Assist Accounting and Finance teams with cashflow forecasting, budgeting, and invoice management.
• Mentorship & Shadowing: Shadow the Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Director to gain hands-on exposure to strategic procurement, vendor negotiation, and global supply chain leadership.
• Special Projects: Take ownership of small initiatives and projects that help build redundancy and agility into our growing global supply chain network.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• Junior or Senior college student currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Supply Chain Management, particularly within a fast-paced technology or engineering environment.
• Strong proficiency in Excel with a solid analytical mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous exposure to or familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite).
• Basic understanding of procurement functions, vendor management, or hardware lifecycles.
• Enthusiasm for AI infrastructure, data centers, or semiconductor technology.
