Job summary

TensorWave is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Intern to support the end-to-end lifecycle of technology assets and data center logistics. You will collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations to assist vendor onboarding, order tracking, and market analysis.

Responsibilities include supporting inventory management, process optimization, and cross-functional budgeting and invoice handling. Mentorship and shadowing with senior supply chain leaders provide hands-on exposure to procurement,

Qualifications

Pursuing relevant degree in SCM or related field.
Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Assist with vendor onboarding and coordinate communication with technology vendors and suppliers.
Support order receiving, tracking, and inventory management of hardware assets.
Analyze supply chain processes to identify efficiency improvements for global hardware logistics.
Track market trends, pricing, and lead times for components to support purchasing strategies.
Assist Accounting and Finance with cashflow forecasting, budgeting, and invoice management.
Shadow the Supply Chain Manager and Director to gain exposure to procurement and vendor negotiations.
Own small projects to improve redundancy and agility in the supply chain.
