Job summary

TensorWave is seeking a Recruiting Intern to join our recruiting team and gain hands-on experience across the recruiting lifecycle. You will assist with candidate sourcing, screening, outreach, and interview coordination while supporting our internship program and employer branding efforts.

You will work with recruiters and People Ops to maintain pipelines, participate in career fairs, and contribute to programs that attract early-career talent in a fast-growing AI company.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as HR, business, marketing, or communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiters with candidate sourcing and research across LinkedIn, job boards, university networks, and other channels.
• Review resumes and applications to help identify candidates aligned with open roles.
• Assist with candidate outreach, interview coordination, and communication throughout the recruiting process.
• Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline information in the applicant tracking system.
• Support university recruiting, career fairs, networking events, and other talent attraction initiatives.
• Assist with internship program recruiting and related candidate-facing activities.
• Support employer branding and recruiting content projects, including internship program promotion and social media materials.
• Assist with talent market research and pipeline-building projects for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with Recruiting and People Ops on programs and process improvements.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Recruiting Intern to join TensorWave’s Recruiting team and gain hands‑on experience across the recruiting lifecycle. You’ll work alongside recruiters to help identify great talent, support candidates throughout the interview process, and contribute to recruiting programs and projects as TensorWave continues to grow.

You’ll also have opportunities to support university recruiting, our internship program, and selected talent branding initiatives in partnership with Recruiting and People Ops.

What You’ll Do

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.

• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.

• Comfortable communicating with candidates and new people.

• Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information professionally.

• Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, employer branding, or early‑careers hiring.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship, campus leadership, recruiting, customer service, marketing, or other experience involving communication and organization.

• Experience using LinkedIn, Handshake, job boards, or other professional networking platforms.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

• Experience creating social media content or event materials.

• Interest in technology, startups, AI, or high‑growth companies.

• Tuesday - Friday, 8 hours
