Job summary

Kerry invites driven students to a 12-week Summer Internship in Supply Chain, from May 24, 2027, to August 12, 2027. You will rotate through planning, commercialization, and logistics roles across the network, gaining real-world experience with top customers such as Starbucks, Pepsi, and Costco.

You’ll work alongside teams across manufacturing, procurement, and analytics, developing skills in data-driven decision making while contributing to optimization projects and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business Management with a planned graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to create reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, support, and coordinate new product introduction, transportation, and logistics projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to model and plan operations and improve data accuracy.
• Support demand and supply planning, data integrity projects and capacity reporting.
• Work with multiple manufacturing sites, quality, finance and sales.
• Assist in distribution center operations and ongoing optimization projects.
• Contribute to Go to Market commercialization initiatives and acquisition due diligence.

Supply Chain Overview

In Supply Chain at Kerry, you can work with teams doing modeling and planning to source our 23,000 products to customers like Starbucks, Pepsi, Popeye's or Costco. You can be engaged in transportation and logistics across the country and the world. You can support our Customer Care Team servicing over 8,000 customers. You can work in Commercialization, helping bring our NEW products to life in one of our 46 plants. You can support our Third-Party Manufacturing Team leveraging over 50 business partners across the country. You can work with our Transformation team to improve processes and leverage technology to enhance our data analytics. You can work in procurement managing and overseeing third party spend for direct or indirect materials and services. Key Responsibilities

• Planning, customer support, commercialization of new products, transportation and logistics on a global scale.
• Optimizing processes through technology to better support internal customer care teams, collaborating on modeling and planning efforts and utilizing data to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support business objectives, demand & supply planning and data integrity projects.
• Work cross functionally with our numerous manufacturing sites, quality, finance, sales.
• Support optimization projects and ongoing operations of key Distribution Centers.
• Enable and drive our Go to Market Commercialization Project
• Help the business grow by working on acquisition due diligence projects
• Report monthly on capacity reports, supplier audits and present the data to your team and colleagues

Qualifications & Skills

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university in Supply Chain or Business Management, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 - May 2028
• Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to communicate effectively to all levels of an organization
• Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate professionally to all levels of an organization
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

Compensation Data
