Job summary

Kerry offers a 12‑week marketing internship designed for students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields. You will engage in consumer research, content creation for campaigns, and materials for sales activation while collaborating across teams.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience in five core marketing functions and participate in cross‑functional projects, with mentoring and exposure to senior leaders. Eligible interns may receive housing support and relocation allowances.

Through the 12‑week summer internship program, you will have the opportunity to work and learn in real, impactful roles. The program dates are May 24, 2027 to August 12, 2027.

As a marketing intern, you will get exposure to five core functions of marketing marketing communications, marketing insights, strategic marketing, brand marketing and customer marketing. Although you will be assigned a dedicated role on one of the marketing function teams, you will work on cross‑functional projects and stretch assignments with your fellow interns and team members to ensure a well‑rounded experience.

Qualifications and Skills
What you'll need to be successful
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree from a four‑year accredited college or university in Marketing, Market Research, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, or Business‑related field with an expected graduation date between December 2027 – May 2028
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A keen eye for design and branding
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to quickly learn new digital tools
  • Curious Mindset

At Kerry, we want our interns to focus on learning, growing, and making an impact. Eligible interns who relocate more than 50 miles for their internship will receive a $3,500 living allowance to help cover housing and other living expenses during the summer program.

Compensation Data

The pay rate for this position is $21.00 per hour. Accepting applications on a continuous basis until 2027 cohort is full. This job posting is anticipated to expire on March 31, 2027.
