Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support the HSE Management System and provide advice and assistance to the HSE manager to reduce site HSE risk
  • Support, implement and/or maintain specific North American HSE programs and projects
  • Develop and implement safety initiatives to continually improve safety performance and objectives
  • Support the assigned sites environmental/sustainability efforts including both achieving Zero Waste to Landfill and ISO 14001 certification
  • Provide assistance to the site with HSE policy development; HSE inspections & audits; employee engagement at all levels; delivering HSE training; and leading HSE incident investigations

Potential rotation locations include Clark, NJ; Rome, GA; Manitowoc, WI; Jackson, TN; Sturtevant, WI; Rochester, MN; and Rothschild, WI.

HSE Overview

This position reports to the HSE Manager and carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. The HSE Specialist is fundamental to our team. You’ll coordinate the implementation of Kerry’s HSE Safety policies and HSE plans and ensure the company is compliant with legislation and requirements.

Compensation Data

The pay rate for this position is $21.00 per hour. This job posting is anticipated to expire on March 31, 2027. Accepting applications on a continuous basis until 2027 cohort is full. This job posting is anticipated to expire on March 31, 2027.
