Job summary

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. seeks a Manager, Supply Chain Intelligence to lead the Operations Information and Action (OIA) group. You will drive cross-functional DI/AI initiatives to improve decision quality, reduce costs, and boost resilience across the global supply chain.

The role requires deep supply chain knowledge, AI fluency, and strong change leadership. You will build portfolios, create business cases, and partner with IT, data teams, and operations leaders to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related field preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience across supply chain, manufacturing, operations, analytics, automation, or AI-enabled business change.
• Deep understanding of supply chain decisions and cross-functional tradeoffs.
• Experience translating operational problems into data, analytics, or AI use cases.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize decisions where DI, analytics, automation, or AI can improve outcomes.
• Maintain a transparent DI/AI portfolio and road map balancing strategic value, feasibility, data readiness, risk, and time to value.
• Build business cases and define outcome measures tied to service, cost, working capital, quality, resilience, and productivity.
• Guide initiatives from discovery and prototyping through deployment, adoption, sustainment, and scale.
• Represent Operations needs in enterprise AI planning and governance processes.
• Translate operational problems into clear use cases, data requirements, and measurable success criteria.
• Ensure deployments comply with enterprise standards for responsible AI, security, privacy, architecture, tools, and sustainment.
• Coordinate across Operations, data centers, IT, and vendors to move solutions into reliable use.
