Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Global Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, or similar.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional transformation.
• Strong understanding of Plan, Source and Deliver processes with SAP, Ariba, Icertis CLM.
• Strong understanding of AI/Agentic AI/automation (LLMs, workflows, predictive models).
• Technical fluency to lead automation/AI teams.
• Experience with RPA, LLMs, and orchestration tools (UiPath, Azure OpenAI, Copilot, Anthropic).
• Understanding of AI product trends and enterprise governance impact.
• Experience managing global projects with agile teams.
