Job summary

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. has an opening for a Manager, Supply Chain Intelligence in the OIA group. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve how our global supply chain makes decisions, acts, and learns from outcomes.

You will blend supply chain expertise with analytical and AI fluency, driving practical improvements in service, quality, resilience, cost, working capital, and productivity across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations Decision Intelligence and AI Portfolio.
• Maintain a transparent portfolio and roadmap that balances value, feasibility, and risk.
• Build business cases and define outcome measures tied to service, cost, and productivity.
• Guide initiatives from discovery through deployment, adoption and scale.
• Map critical decision workflows including signals, context, and ownership.
• Define when AI or human actions are best for the work.
• Ensure responsible AI, security, and governance standards are followed.
• Coordinate with Operations, data centers, IT, and vendors to deploy solutions.
