Job summary

Lutron Electronics Company, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Intelligence to lead the Operations Decision Intelligence and AI program.

You will partner with Operations leadership to prioritise decisions, build a value-driven portfolio, and drive outcomes across service, cost, and productivity. You will design decision workflows, determine when AI or human judgment is preferred, and establish controls for automated actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in supply chain or related field preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience across supply chain, manufacturing, operations, analytics, automation, data, or AI-enabled business change.
• Deep understanding of supply chain or manufacturing decisions, workflows, performance management, and cross-functional tradeoffs.
• Demonstrated success leading complex transformation or technology-enabled change from opportunity definition through adoption and measurable value realization.
• Experience translating operational problems into data, analytics, automation, or AI use cases and partnering with technical teams through delivery.
• Practical fluency with modern analytics, automation, and AI tools sufficient to explore data, prototype concepts, assess outputs, and communicate effectively with technical specialists.
• Proven ability to teach, coach, build communities, and lead matrixed teams without relying on direct authority.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, critical thinking, and change-leadership skills.
