Dart Container is seeking a Supply Chain Finance Manager to lead financial partnerships across transportation and logistics operations. You will drive the annual operating plan, cost analysis, and KPI-driven improvements to boost efficiency and customer service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting or finance with 10 years of experience, supervisory skills, and a track record in capital expenditure justification. Relocation assistance is available.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 10 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience providing financial consultation to transportation and distribution organizations with cost saving analysis and recommendations.
• Three years of supervisory experience required with strong leadership and management skills.
• Experience with development of financial justifications for capital expenditures and performance improvement projects.
• Experience with query, reporting, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate complex processes to internal customers.
• CPA or CMA preferred; SAP experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the annual operating plan for plant expenses and capital expenditures, including variance analysis and reforecasting.
• Oversee product cost standard setting, daily product costing, and monthly cost center spending and inventory analysis.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and customer service with KPI development and data analytics driving decisions.
• Facilitate communication with internal departments and external partners; manage special projects with cross-functional Directors.
• Support implementation of accounting policies and train plant accounting personnel; strengthen internal controls with Internal Audit.
• Maintain secure control of accounting documentation and optimize staffing for objective achievement.

What you’ll do…

• Manage the annual operating plan for plant expenses and capital expenditures, conducting variance analysis and reforecasting throughout the year.
• Oversee product cost standard setting, daily product costing, and monthly cost center spending and inventory analysis.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and customer service while developing KPIs and leveraging advanced data analytics to drive decision-making and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Facilitate clear communication with internal departments and external partners, manage special projects, and collaborate with cross-functional Directors to ensure robust support from the manufacturing accounting staff.
• Support the implementation of accounting policies, train plant accounting personnel, and enhance internal controls in cooperation with the Internal Audit department.
• Maintain secure control of accounting documentation and review staffing levels to ensure optimal resource allocation for achieving organizational objectives.

What you'll need...

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting or finance with 10 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Demonstrated experience providing financial consultation to transportation and distribution organizations with an emphasis on cost saving analysis and recommendations
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience required with strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in assisting with development of financial justifications for capital expenditures and performance improvement projects
• Experience with query, reporting, and data analysis tools
• Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes to internal customers
• Proven analytical problem solver with s trong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop new ideas and solutions
• Excels in leading a team environment, leading towards the common goal of the department as a whole
• Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
• Prefer a Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) or Certified Management Accountant (“CMA”)
• Prefer SAP experience
