Dart Container seeks a Product Costing & Margin Analytics Manager to lead a high-performing team that delivers decision-ready cost insights for better margins and profitability.

You will drive cost analytics across material, labor, and manufacturing processes, collaborating with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to bolster pricing strategies and portfolio performance. A focus on mentoring and cross-functional leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
• Progressive experience in manufacturing finance, product costing, and FP&A.
• Supervisory experience or demonstrated cross-functional leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional margin-improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost structures, process economics, and ERP cost flows.
• Proficiency with SAP, advanced Excel modeling, and Power BI.
• Demonstrated project-management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience mentoring and developing others.

Dart is seeking a Product Costing & Margin Analytics Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for product cost analytics. In this influential role, you will provide the transparent, decision-ready insights leaders need to strengthen margins, improve productivity, and drive profitable growth.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• Progressive experience in manufacturing finance, product costing, and FP&A.
• Supervisory experience or demonstrated technical and analytical leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional margin-improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost structures, process economics, and ERP cost flows.
• Proficiency with SAP, advanced Excel modeling, and Power BI.
• Demonstrated project-management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience mentoring and developing others.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or CPA.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and passport.
