Job summary

Worklane GmbH is seeking a Senior Manager of Supply Chain Finance based in Tampa, Florida. This role is pivotal in managing financial processes, analytics, and reporting for the Refresco North America network. The ideal candidate must have substantial manufacturing experience and expertise in SAP.

You will guide a team of financial professionals, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and driving improvements in financial visibility and reporting. An exciting opportunity for a driven individual to influence strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8 or more years related work experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• 3 years staff management and leadership experience required.
• Experience working in an SAP environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, analytics, and reporting processes.
• Educate and drive compliance with supply chain processes.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Manage a team of 3 to 4 direct reports for financial planning.
