Inspire is seeking a finance analyst to partner with the Supply Chain organization, supporting US and international teams across brands. The role covers monthly close, variance analysis, and financial modeling improvements.
This position is based at our Atlanta Global Support Center and requires onsite presence four days weekly. Responsibilities include budgeting, long-range planning, and delivering actionable insights on pricing, margins and manufacturing costs.
Act as a finance partner to the Supply Chain organization by supporting both U.S. and International Supply Chain teams across all brands in the Inspire portfolio. The Analyst will complete monthly close activities, provide analytical support, and offer recommendations concerning financial matters. This role will provide technical support to maintain financial models as well as identify and implement broader process improvements related to the Supply Chain group. This position sits within our Atlanta based Global Support Center with an expectation to be onsite 4 days per week.
Own the monthly close process, including reconciling the financial results vs. projection and budget, making appropriate journal entries, and reforecasting through the end of the year. Create monthly summaries of financial results to be shared with Supply Chain Leadership, detailing the main variance drivers, including commodity fluctuations and obsolescence drivers. Participate in annual budgeting process and long-range planning for various business segments. Provide analytical support that helps maintain and improve Inspire and licensee/franchisee profitability. This includes analysis of product margins, production expense analysis, as well as performing risk assessments for the businesses. Perform data driven modeling and analysis on product pricing, product mix data, manufacturing variances etc., for purposes of turning it into actionable information. Continuously find opportunities to improve processes, capabilities and tools needed to support Supply Chain and relevant stakeholders. Proactively work with business partners to develop, implement, and automate reporting that will assist in critical decision-making needs. Support existing and new supply chain initiatives with meaningful financial analysis and function as an overall business partner to our Global Supply Chain colleagues. Manage relationships with suppliers as it relates to pricing accuracy, obsolescence exposure, and other financial impacts.
