Inspire is seeking a finance partner for its Supply Chain organization at the Atlanta Global Support Center. The Analyst will own monthly close, analyze variances, and reforecast through year-end. This role provides financial support across U.S.

and International teams and helps automate reporting for critical decisions. Responsibilities include budgeting, long-range planning, margin analysis, and pricing modeling.

Qualifications

  • 4-year degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in finance or accounting; 1–2 years preferred.
  • Experience with supply chain and/or scaled purchasing analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the monthly close process, including reconciliations, journal entries, and reforecasting.
  • Create monthly financial summaries for Supply Chain Leadership, highlighting variance drivers.
  • Participate in annual budgeting and long-range planning for business segments.
  • Provide analytics to improve Inspire and licensee profitability, including margins and costs.
  • Model pricing, mix data, and variances to drive actionable insights.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automate reporting for decision-making.
  • Support supply chain initiatives with meaningful financial analysis and business-partnering.
  • Manage supplier relationships related to pricing accuracy and obsolescence.

Job description

Act as a finance partner to the Supply Chain organization by supporting both U.S. and International Supply Chain teams across all brands in the Inspire portfolio. The Analyst will complete monthly close activities, provide analytical support, and offer recommendations concerning financial matters. This role will provide technical support to maintain financial models as well as identify and implement broader process improvements related to the Supply Chain group.This position sits within our Atlanta based Global Support Center with an expectation to be onsite 4 days per week.RESPONSIBILITIESOwn the monthly close process, including reconciling the financial results vs. projection and budget, making appropriate journal entries, and reforecasting through the end of the year.Create monthly summaries of financial results to be shared with Supply Chain Leadership, detailing the main variance drivers, including commodity fluctuations and obsolescence drivers.Participate in annual budgeting process and long-range planning for various business segments.Provide analytical support that helps maintain and improve Inspire and licensee/franchisee profitability. This includes analysis of product margins, production expense analysis, as well as performing risk assessments for the businesses.Perform data driven modeling and analysis on product pricing, product mix data, manufacturing variances etc., for purposes of turning it into actionable information.Continuously find opportunities to improve processes, capabilities and tools needed to support Supply Chain and relevant stakeholders. Proactively work with business partners to develop, implement, and automate reporting that will assist in critical decision-making needs.Support existing and new supply chain initiatives with meaningful financial analysis and function as an overall business partner to our Global Supply Chain colleagues.Manage relationships with suppliers as it relates to pricing accuracy, obsolescence exposure, and other financial impacts.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS4-Year degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.0 - 2 years of experience in finance or accounting with 1-2 years experience preferred.Experience with supply chain and/or scaled purchasing analysis preferred.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIESExcellent analytical and communication skills.Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.Strong business partnership, solution-generating and collaboration abilities.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independentlyAbility to handle competing priorities, often with considerable time constraints.Demonstrate willingness to do whatever it takes to meet ever changing departmental and customer needs.
