Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required. Industrial or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Related sourcing experience acquiring materials, components, and services preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing processes preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects in purchasing, including supplier development and cost reduction.
• Apply statistical knowledge to identify improvement areas in supply chain.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities according to business demands.
• Perform inventory analysis and manage ERP processes.
• Manage Supplier Quality Issue Tracking system in MARSHALLTOWN.
