Job summary

MARSHALLTOWN COMPANY is seeking a Supply Chain Director in Fayetteville, Arkansas to lead the overall procurement strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for minimizing costs while ensuring all materials and services meet business needs.

You will engage with vendors, develop KPIs, and align the Supply Chain team’s goals with the company’s objectives. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of management experience are required. MARSHALLTOWN offers a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive wages and health plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in the Engineering or Procurement field.
• Previous experience leading supply chain and/or engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills to effectively negotiate with suppliers.
