IPS Corporation, based in Collierville, TN, seeks a Director of Supply Chain to lead production planning, purchasing, and forecasting initiatives. The role focuses on cost control, delivery performance, and safe, efficient materials movement across the Water-Tite division.

You will guide cross-functional teams, implement improved supply chain processes, manage supplier relationships, and design warehousing and logistics strategies that align with business goals and environmental policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; multiple disciplines may apply.
• Six Sigma Black belt or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing supply chain environments is expected.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand and develop supply plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor forecasts, quotas, and supplier performance.
• Define KPIs for cost, quality, and service.
• Analyze inventory to improve turns and reduce waste.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with sales, engineering, and finance.
• Implement new or improved supply chain processes and policies.
