ITAC Solutions represents our manufacturing client in a search for a Director of Supply Chain to lead forecasting, procurement, production planning, and inventory strategy. The role collaborates with executive leadership to drive measurable improvements and cost savings while guiding a competent supply chain team.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in leading a supply chain function, strong negotiation skills, and a structured, analytical leadership style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years leading a supply chain function and managing people.
• Experience partnering with senior organizational leaders.
• Strong sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and contract negotiation knowledge.
• Structured, analytical, detail-oriented leadership approach.
• CSCP, SCOR-P, CPSM, or Master’s degree is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead supply chain, procurement, production planning, and fulfillment strategy
• Develop forecasting models and align material requirements with production and sales
• Strengthen supplier relationships and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms
• Drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining supplier service and quality
• Monitor inventory, material availability, distribution, and supplier KPIs
• Lead, coach, and develop supply chain team members
• Partner with organizational leaders to improve processes and implement change
