Job description

We are supporting an early-stage, confidential search for a class II medical device company in San Jose.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the supply chain strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to manage procurement, production, distribution, and inventory control.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and other relevant quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in supply chain performance, cost control, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations to support product launches and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of supply chain experience, including at least 5 in a leadership role within the medical device or life sciences industry.
