What you will be doing :

The Director of Supply Chain Intelligence and Sales will lead efforts to strengthen relationships with OEMs, competitors, partners, and vendors. This role involves gathering market intelligence, identifying trends, and providing insights to enhance supply chain services. The candidate will serve as a supply chain expert, supporting sales initiatives by collaborating with internal teams to develop value propositions and strategies. The role requires proactive leadership, deep understanding of the supply chain landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and market analysis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Market Leadership: Further Asurion as a leader in technology supply chain services including reverse logistics, repair, liquidation, and more.
  • Market Intelligence: Develop and execute a market intelligence strategy, identify trends, communicate insights, monitor the competitive landscape, and identify new capabilities.
  • Relationship Building: Create and maintain industry relationship maps, attend trade shows, engage with OEMs, competitors, partners, and vendors, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Growth Initiatives: Drive growth of supply chain services by partnering with cross-functional teams, supporting pipeline development, and collaborating on marketing materials.
Qualifications:
  • Understanding complex supply chain dynamics across various functions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and develop relationships with stakeholders and senior management.
  • High ownership, strategic thinking, and ability to work independently.
  • Proven success in developing strategies, executing initiatives, and influencing without authority.
  • Strong sales, relationship management, and storytelling skills.
  • 10+ years in partner/client relationship management, supply chain, or client services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, supply chain, or related field.
