Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related field.
• Six (6) years of operational and/or supply chain experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading projects and driving measurable business results.
• Ability to analyze complex manufacturing and supply chain challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier assessments to evaluate production readiness, capacity, and performance.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive action plans through completion.
• Partner with suppliers to improve delivery, quality, lead times, and efficiency.
• Coach and mentor suppliers and team members in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics, capacity plans and project plans.
• Support supplier transition plans with minimal production impact.
