The Global Supply Chain Development (GSCD) Operations Leader is responsible for designing, deploying, and continuously improving the enterprise operating system that enables GE Vernova's Supply Chain Development strategy. This leader creates the governance, operating mechanisms, Lean management system, and execution framework that transform strategic priorities into measurable business results across the GE Vernova portfolio. Partnering closely with Business Supply Chain leaders, the Supply Chain Development Strategy team, Functional Centers of Excellence, and Executive Leadership, this role establishes common ways of working that improve visibility, prioritization, accountability, and execution across enterprise Supply Chain Development initiatives. This role also plays a critical role in enabling GE Vernova's growth by developing the operating mechanisms, governance, and cross-functional execution required to expand manufacturing capacity, accelerate capability development, and ensure the supply chain can scale to meet evolving customer demand while delivering improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Sustainability, and Reliability. Operating at the intersection of strategy, operations, Lean, manufacturing, and business transformation, this leader ensures strategic initiatives are effectively governed, resourced, prioritized, and executed while continuously improving the systems that enable long-term operational excellence. Success in this role requires balancing strategic thinking with disciplined operational execution, influencing across highly matrixed organizations without direct authority, and building scalable operating mechanisms that accelerate enterprise transformation. This leader will be a key member of the Global Supply Chain Development leadership team, partnering across Properties & Facilities, EHS Technical & Risk, Projects & Initiatives, Strategy, Capital Allocation, and business leadership teams to enable consistent execution of GE Vernova's most critical supply chain priorities.

Facilitate Kaizens and continuous improvement activities that strengthen enterprise capabilities while improving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Sustainability, and Reliability.
  • Capacity & Capability Development Lead the operational execution of enterprise capacity expansion and capability development initiatives across GE Vernova's global manufacturing network. Partner with Business Supply Chain leaders, Manufacturing, Strategy, Finance, and Capital Allocation teams to prioritize investments that expand capacity, improve throughput, strengthen supply chain resilience, and support long-term business growth. Establish governance and operating mechanisms that accelerate manufacturing expansions, transfers of work, localization, automation, and other strategic initiatives required to support increasing customer demand. Drive enterprise visibility to capacity constraints, risks, and opportunities, enabling proactive decision‑making and ensuring the supply chain can scale to meet current and future customer needs. Collaborate with business leaders to operationalize capacity and capability roadmaps, ensuring execution aligns with strategic priorities, customer commitments, and enterprise investment plans.
  • Operating Reviews & Portfolio Management Design and lead enterprise operating reviews that provide clear visibility into strategic initiative performance, milestones, risks, dependencies, resource requirements, and capacity readiness. Establish KPI management systems that enable proactive decision‑making and consistent performance management across Supply Chain Development workstreams.
