Maersk is seeking a Supply Chain Development Regional Manager within Global SCD to lead solution sales for the company’s largest customers, partnering with account managers to identify needs and pitch tailored value propositions.
The role is customer‑facing, collaborates with commercial pursuit teams, and contributes to continuous improvement, thought leadership, and global best practices in supply chain solutions across the region.
The Supply Chain Development Regional Manager is part of Maersk’s Global Supply Chain Development (SCD) function within Maersk Sales & Marketing. The role reports to one of the regional heads of SCD and is a key contributor to logistics solution sales wins for Maersk’s largest customers – Key Clients, Strategic Clients and Enterprise Clients.
The role works closely with account managers for these customers to identify, qualify and pitch compelling value propositions. Through high‑impact customer engagement, thought leadership and deep industry knowledge, the manager creates customized and innovative supply‑chain solutions. The position is customer‑facing and collaborates with commercial pursuit teams for nominated customers. It also contributes to continuous improvement and innovation in the Supply Chain Development team and the wider commercial organization, and is recognized globally as a thought leader.

Full Time
$100,000 – $130,000*. The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary. The company may adjust this range based on market conditions and location. Final starting salary will be determined in accordance with applicable laws.
