Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist - Design to Value to coordinate purchasing of raw materials, tooling and outside services to support manufacturing and new product launches. You will collaborate with engineering, sourcing, quality, and production to reduce total delivered cost while preserving quality and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing and supply chain improvements to cut costs and boost efficiency.
• Maintain accurate material master data and MRP planning parameters.
• Support supplier development and qualification for supply continuity.
• Monitor supplier performance and coordinate with QA.
• Prepare POs and expedite materials for production.
• Develop BI dashboards to support DTV and CI initiatives.
