RealTruck, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to coordinate with Operations for the scheduled purchase of raw materials, tooling, and related requirements to support the manufacturing process.

The role emphasizes Design to Value (DTV) by collaborating with engineering, sourcing, quality, and manufacturing to drive cost competitiveness, supply resiliency, and value optimization while maintaining quality and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Training is preferred.
• MS Office familiarity and ERP/MRP understanding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing to support manufacturing requirements.
• Maintain material master data and planning parameters.
• Monitor supplier performance and mitigate supply risks.
• Develop BI dashboards for DTV and continuous improvement.
• Prepare POs and expedites to support product launches.
