Job summary

Electrolux Group North America is seeking a Customer Advocate/ Supply Chain Coordinator in Kinston, NC, onsite to help deploy finished goods to RDC targets. You will process orders, maintain SAP/WMS data, and align with regional teams to meet KPI goals.

You should have a bachelor’s degree in business and at least 2 years in supply chain/order management, with strong Excel and AS400/SAP experience. This role offers stable full-time work with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain/order management.
• Proficient in SAP and WMS (AS400).
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis).
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and uneven workload.

Responsibilities

• Process deployment orders ensuring on-time shipment.
• Maintain deployment orders in SAP and WMS; update logs daily.
• Coordinate with Charlotte RDC advocates for metrics.
• Create purchase orders in AS400 using PPRF; coordinate with Purchasing, Accounting and Materials.
• Track EMS tasks including re-boxed/scrap/repair units.
• Update KPIs daily and perform 5S audits.
