Job summary

Brooks Running seeks a Principal for Supply Chain Data Excellence to govern and scale data across the source-to-market ecosystem. You will own the data strategy, define standards, and drive governance, quality, and reporting to support planning, sourcing, logistics, and product processes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with IT and analytics, and champion adoption of data-driven practices worldwide. Seattle HQ based with collaborative, in-person teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years leading supply chain transformation, data strategy, or governance.
• Proven ability to align stakeholders, define standards, and drive outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of ERP, planning, transportation, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year Supply Chain Digital Excellence strategy and roadmap.
• Set standards for data elements, ownership, quality, and governance.
• Lead governance reviews to drive proactive quality and value.
• Document master data, KPI definitions, and reporting requirements.
• Represent Supply Chain in data governance forums and escalation paths.
• Develop end-to-end digital data-thread framework across processes.
