Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading supply chain transformation, data strategy, governance, or analytics.
• Experience defining strategy, governance models, standards, and scalable capabilities.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and data domains.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional change.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling for business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year Supply Chain Digital Excellence strategy, roadmap, and operating rhythm.
• Set functional standards for critical data elements, ownership, rules, thresholds, and stewardship.
• Lead governance reviews focused on proactive risk reduction and measurable outcomes.
• Establish documentation standards for master data, KPI definitions, and reporting inputs.
• Represent Supply Chain in enterprise data governance forums and communicate decisions clearly.
• Define and maintain the digital data-thread framework across data objects, systems, and processes.
• Provide advisory on digital-thread development and data readiness for cross-functional teams.
• Coach and develop senior analysts on data quality practices and adoption planning.
