Job summary

Grocery Outlet is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support, maintain, and expand our BI reports and dashboards across the end-to-end supply chain network.

The role focuses on turning analytical findings into operational improvements, validating data, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions. You will work in a fast-paced environment on cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis or BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continually improve reports and dashboards monitoring supply chain KPIs.
• Identify, gather, and clean data from multiple sources to support reporting needs.
• Perform data validation and quality checks in our Databricks environment to ensure accuracy.
• Model and transform raw supply chain data into actionable insights for operations and leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and trends, flag anomalies, surface improvement opportunities.
• Support process improvement projects with data gathering and root-cause analysis.
• Develop business cases by quantifying inefficiencies and projecting impact of solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics solutions.
• Analyze supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and support continuous improvement.
• Respond to ad hoc analytical requests as needs evolve.
