WEG Electric Corp is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst – Supply Chain to transform operational data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with procurement, logistics, planning, operations, and finance to enhance end-to-end supply chain visibility and reduce costs.

The role emphasizes building dashboards, predictive models, and SOP support to drive efficiency and raise performance across the supply chain. A Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in BI, data analytics, or supply chain analysis is required.
• Proficiency with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik; SQL and Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure supply chain performance (inventory, logistics, service levels, costs, forecast accuracy).
• Consolidate and validate data from ERP, WMS, TMS, planning tools, and external sources.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on supply chain issues such as demand variability and supplier performance.
• Build predictive and prescriptive analytics models to support demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
• Identify trends and root causes to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Support S&OP processes with accurate analytical inputs.
• Track supplier performance and provide insights for vendor management.
