Job summary

Bevi, a hardware-led beverage platform, is hiring a Supply Chain Data Analyst in Boston. You will modernize core procurement workflows, govern master data, and drive automation and AI initiatives across ERP (NetSuite Arena) and PLM platforms.

Hybrid role partnering with GSMs and cross-functional teams to boost data integrity and supply chain efficiency. You’ll build dashboards, map current processes, and implement quick automation wins to reduce manual data entry while supporting Bevi’s rapid

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or 1-3 years of equivalent practical experience.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to connect master data, procurement execution, and downstream business functions.
Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and PLM software (Arena), alongside advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and exposure to automation/AI tools.

Responsibilities

Tactical PO Execution: Day-to-day purchasing, PO issuance, delivery tracking, and routine expedites.
Invoice & Receiving Resolution: Investigate and correct data mismatches between shipments, invoices, and ERP records.
Master Data Governance: Own SKU and BOM accuracy across NetSuite and Arena.
Process Mapping & Documentation: Map current workflows and create SOPs for standardization.
Automation Opportunity Assessment: Identify tasks ripe for automation using Zapier/Workato or ERP features.
AI Implementation Research: Pilot AI-driven data cleaning, vendor follow-ups, or stock alerts.
Continuous Improvement Reporting: Build dashboards to track KPIs like PO cycle time and on-time delivery.
