Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst II to deliver final business solutions to the operations team through a Power BI experience.

You will shape data into clear, actionable dashboards and work toward becoming a domain expert in supply chain use cases within Ryder's Azure Data Lake. You will collaborate with analysts and scientists to push analytics initiatives and create prescriptive solutions for internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent required.
• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Two or more Applied Project experience: digital transformation, data management in educational/project or intern environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards by understanding business needs and translate data into usable visuals.
• Engage the business to prioritize ad-hoc requests and create innovative solutions.
• Understand Ryder's supply chain world and the role data plays within it.
• Enhance data maturity and integration to standardize core value-add functionality.
