Job summary

Likewize is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join the Flower Mound distribution center. You will blend data, problem-solving, and collaboration to keep our supply chain efficient, from reporting and analytics to purchasing and process improvements.

In this role, you will build dashboards and Excel models, partner with multiple teams to resolve discrepancies, and drive continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills with Pivot Tables and Power Query.
• Analytical and curious with ability to turn data into insights and recommendations.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to balance priorities and own projects.
• A collaborative communicator with experience supporting supply chain, inventory, logistics, warehouse or operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by analyzing KPIs and program performance to deliver actionable insights.
• Support trade-in programs, reverse logistics, e-commerce operations and strategic functions.
• Manage inventory health through analysis, replenishment planning, and cross-channel allocation.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control, Finance, Purchasing, Sales and Operations to resolve discrepancies and drive improvements.
• Process and maintain purchase orders, sales orders, work orders, transfer orders and other transactions with accuracy.
• Develop reports, dashboards and Excel models to increase visibility and support decision-making.
• Champion automation and balance multiple projects with strong internal customer support.
