Job summary

The role emphasizes building dashboards, data models and centralized tools to empower the Global Operations team with automated data insights.

The ideal candidate has experience with ERP (SAP), advanced Excel skills, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration to optimize performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP).
• Advanced experience with MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word).
• Experience in leading a cross functional team without direct authority.
• Experience in extracting data from BI or other DB sources, validating and conducting advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

• Regularly analyze data, workflow and processes to inform recommendations for improvement across supply chain areas.
• Create measurement systems, reports and forecasts to support cost, quality and delivery.
• Own KPIs and publish results on a defined cadence.
• Develop dashboards and perform advanced data analysis using BI tools and Excel.
• Coordinate dashboard refreshes and ensure data integrity across sources.
