Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Supply Chain Clerk to organize staff, back up supervision, and liaise between business units to support customer relationships in Maryland. This role emphasizes accuracy, urgency, and teamwork in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating workload, training associates, facilitating team meetings, collecting data for records, and driving KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 1 year of experience as a Supply Chain Clerk or similar role.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Basic math skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with SAP and Catalyst or another inventory management system.

Job Summary

Perform all duties of the Supply Chain Clerk and act as backup as necessary. Act as a liaison between various business units to ensure success of customer relationship

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing staff and workload to meet or exceed productivity performance standards. Provide functional supervision to team members in the absence of Supervisor.
• May assist in the training of associates at assigned location.
• Under the direction of the supervisor, facilitates team meetings, assist with employee reviews and provide feedback, review site employee errors and trains, coaches and provides day-to-day direction and training to eliminate potential errors.
• At the direction of the supervisor, may be tasks with gathering data to support the maintenance of records including time cards/sheets, training data, etc.
• Embrace KPI's, track trends and best practices implemented by supervisor.
• Direct the workflow of team in support of customer needs and best practices standards.
• Perform all duties of the Supply Chain Clerk and act as backup as necessary.

• High school diploma

Relevant Work Experience

• 1 year experience as a Supply Chain Clerk.

Additional

• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Must have basic math skills (addition/subtraction) and strong interpersonal/relationship-building skills.
• Must have a high sense of urgency and be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Previous experience with SAP and Catalyst or another inventory management system. Pro-track experience.

The Anticipated Salary Range For This Position

$21.75 - $31.50 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
