Job summary

Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator II to manage receipt, unpacking and restocking of supplies and small equipment for the unit. You will ensure inventory is ready for daily operations and coordinate with central storeroom for replenishment.

The role requires two years of supply chain experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work 40 hours on an evening shift (Mon-Fri 3pm-11:30pm).

Qualifications

• Two years of supply chain experience required.
• Experience in a warehouse, hospital supply chain or customer service role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors inventory movement within supply area and requests changes to materials leaders to adjust par levels.
• Restocks supplies and ensures timely replenishment on assigned units.
• Supports inbound receiving process by verifying contents of inbound parcels and entering goods receipts in ERP.
• Ensures supply areas are neat and compliant with Joint Commission regulations.
• Attends daily huddles to receive work assignments and instructions.
