Job summary

Interfor is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator in Peachtree City, GA to support the Manager, Supply Chain Coordination across US South and Eastern Canada. You will collaborate with supply chain, operations, sales, and logistics to optimize processes, improve inventory accuracy, and ensure on-time fulfillment.

The role involves weekly production forecast updates, order availability accuracy, and ensuring efficient fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Wood Products, Business, or another manufacturing-related field.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory planning, customer service in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work with planning, reporting, and data analysis tools including Excel and Tableau.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Logical, precise, and analytical approach to problem solving.
• Strong sense of prioritization and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to respond quickly to production plan changes, shipping issues, or customer needs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and customer contacts.

Responsibilities

• Support operations in the accurate delivery of production forecasts on a weekly basis, including updates and metrics reviews.
• Assist sales by ensuring accuracy of available-to-sell.
• Help logistics resolve shipping challenges and meet inventory targets.
• Support order fulfillment readiness and inventory management.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across sales, logistics and inventory management.
• Facilitate inventory availability and streamline processes to improve service levels.
