Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline; 7+ years of experience in demand planning or related field.
• Experience with forecast accuracy metrics and KPI reporting.
• Ability to lead a team and implement processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise S&OP process for all business segments and sales verticals.
• Perform day-to-day demand planning and analytics; deliver total demand and supply plan through each cycle.
• Create and refine forecast accuracy metrics and reports; identify root causes and drive improvement.
• Coordinate all facets of the S&OP process to optimize service levels and inventory performance.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, Inventory, and Finance on onboarding, retirements, promotions, and regulatory changes.
