0090 Presbyterian System Services is seeking a diligent Supply Chain Coordinator to join Presbyterian Hospital. The role focuses on receiving, ordering, replenishing supplies, and managing stock across multiple locations in a healthcare environment.

You will maintain par levels, track inventory, and support logistics with ERP transactions, asset tracking, and efficient documentation to meet KPIs. The position is full time with varied shifts and a strong emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of inventory, warehouse, or customer service experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience working with business systems/technology as part of daily duties.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate inventory levels across locations.
• Receive, order, replenish supplies; manage small equipment.
• Manage par levels, stock rotation, and warehousing tasks.
• Handle ERP transactions, discrepancies, returns, recalls, and stockouts.
• Process shipments and optimize will-call and STAT requests.
• Support KPI tracking and workflow improvements.
• Ensure documentation and safety policy compliance.
• Collaborate with teams and be able to work extended hours when needed.
• Assist with asset tracking, transportation, and equipment charging.
• Coordinate supply distribution across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator skilled in inventory systems, communication, and organization.
• Responsible for receiving, ordering, replenishing supplies, and managing small equipment across multiple locations.
• Maintains stock levels, monitors usage, supports customers, and builds strong working relationships.
• Must work independently or in teams and be able to work extended hours when needed.
• Manages par levels, replenishment, stock rotation, inventory checks, and supply distribution.
• Handles receiving, ERP transactions, discrepancies, returns, recalls, backorders, stockouts, and annual/cycle inventory.
• Supports crash/specialty cart stocking, small equipment management, asset tracking, warehousing, transportation, and equipment cleaning/charging.
• Processes shipments, stages deliveries, manages will-call and STAT requests, and tags capital equipment.
• Maintains accurate documentation, meets KPI standards, improves workflows, supports technology optimization, and follows all supply chain policies, safety, and emergency-response procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Required - 1 year of inventory, warehouse, or customer service experience.
• Preferred - healthcare experience.
• Previous experience working in a business system and or technology as a part of daily duties.
